Much needed was a coastal place my mates and I could afford that didn't bargain on style - youthful, different, and perfect for chilling. White structures, grey aluminium fixtures, contemporary furniture, and modular design were conjuring in my mind. Individual units with little courtyards scattered between the coconut trees, maybe? All this and pool beds that partially float, became reality.
